Pro-active Maintenance
:: Set of services of the Upgradable Maintenance.
:: Installation (optional) of a device (remote monitoring agent) affording us to collect datas, continuously (statistics) or on request (incident). An asynchronous (phone) or ISDN access is required to enable us to connect our equipment.
:: Quarterly or monthly checking with visual analysis and report on the datas collected during the previous month.
:: Sending of a monthly report on calls of the hot line and the opened incidents with their statutes and result of the made inquiries.
:: Intervention within 4 or 8 hours for the total or partial network in accordance with criticity of components.
:: Detailed yearly report showing a synthesis of the different monthly measuring, of the registered incidents and establishing a list of recommendations.
Standard Maintenance
:: Global scheme of the network.
:: Scheme of the technical offices.
:: Documentation and backup of the set of configurations.
:: Yearly update of the codes of the different equipments.
:: Yearly backup of the configurations – incremental backup is in charge of the customer.
::  Intervention within 24 hours including the replacement of the component and re-configuration ; tests of connection.
:: Yearly checking of the network (for backup and upgrade) and visual analysis / basis measuring of the network state ; report of recommendations for evolution.
:: Hot line
Upgradable Maintenance
:: Set of services of the Standard Maintenance.
:: Six-monthly upgrade of the codes of the different equipments.
:: Monthly backup of the set of configurations.
:: Intervention within 24 hours for the total or partial network in accordance with criticity of components.
:: Two checking a year for a visual analysis / basis measuring of the network state ; report of recommendations for evolution
